It's time to meet the friendly, on-site manager of the Santiago Community you've chosen and have the opportunity to have your questions answered before finalizing your purchase. If you haven't already done so when you registered at My Santiago, you'll need to fill out a residency application as well. To get the most out of this orientation meeting, come prepared with a list of questions and it's always a good idea to take notes. So remember to bring a notepad and pen, and be sure to leave enough time for the 45 minutes to one hour meeting and any questions you may have for the manager.

 | Signing Your Loan Documents
Signing your final loan documents is an exciting final step in home buying process, make sure to bring valid photo identification (such as a driver's license, passport, etc.), in addition to the final payment needed to close escrow on your home.
