The California Mobilehome Park Corporation (CMPC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping low-income families obtain affordable housing within one of eight manufactured home communities located in San Bernardino and Palm Springs, California.

While upholding their commitment to affordability, CMPC has contracted Santiago Communities to ensure a higher standard of living for residents as well. The result is that together CMPC and Santiago Communities Inc. have taken eight communities and refurbished their streets, installed security gates and added playgrounds and clubhouses. They have also reduced vacancy rates by more than 45% and facilitated the creation of a down payment assistance program through the City of San Bernardino, granting buyers up to $6,000 toward the down payment of a home purchase.
