Richard Simonian enjoys the reputation of being one of California's foremost manufactured home park builders, owners, and operators. He has dedicated his professional life to the industry for 40 years. His experience began with the construction of 60 custom homes in the Whittier-La Habra-Fullerton area. As Vice President and project manager he directed construction of approximately 2,000 homes in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas.
Then as a General Engineering contractor. Mr. Simonian formed Accent Enterprises, which developed 100 manufactured home communities and was acquired by the New York Stock Exchange Corporation. Ready for a new adventure, Mr. Simonian started the Santiago Corporation in 1975 and quickly built or acquired 50 manufactured home communities before merging with Silvercrest Industries, Inc. He served as President of Silvercrest for four years.
After the Sale of Silvercrest in 1989 Mr. Simonian bought back ownership of the manufactured home partnership and launched Santiago Communities Inc. (SCI). Under his leadership, SCI now owns and manages 40 communities (approximately 6,000 home spaces), throughout the western United States.
Aimee Molsberry
President & COO

Serving as President and Chief Operations Officer since 1997, Aimee Molsberry oversees all 40 of the company's communities, ranging from the sale, maintenance and on-site management of each property.
Managing both the sales and field teams, Mrs. Molsberry brings consistency and versatility to complex situations. The Corporation has doubled and tripled its profits over the last several years and Mrs. Molsberry believes the reason for Santiago's exponential growth is a combination of good leadership and qualified personnel.
"Our growth can be attributed to excellent management of our properties, and improved efficiency with our funds. Our superb managing teams oversee the communities and they are constantly finding more cost-effective ways to accomplish our goals, at the same time not compromising the excellence of our work."
Mrs. Molsberry graduated with a degree in Business Adminisration from the University of Calfornia, Riverside.
Tandra Grace
Vice President and General Manager of Sales

As the Vice President of Sales, Tandra Grace sees firsthand the satisfaction of Santiago's customers as they move into a new home with ease and affordability.
"What I like most about my job " says Ms. Grace "is that we are able to help people. Whether they have credit problems or have experienced sudden financial crisis, we try to make it possible for people to own their own home. We are about showing grace and giving second chances."
Overseeing a team of 18 people ranging from sales associates, finance representatives to construction and remodel experts, Ms. Grace leads a team that has tripled productivity. She credits this exponential growth to offering exceptional customer service and keeping Santiago's number one goal of helping their clients own their own home at the forefront of every employee's mind.
Ms. Grace leans confidently on the satisfaction of Santiago's homeowners to refer new customers to the company. With an extensive referral base that boasts the benefits of living in Santiago's communities, (ranging from quality homes, easy maintenance, and affordability), Ms. Grace feels these referrals speak volumes of level of service and care shown to Santiago customers.
Shontele Simonian
Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President
Shontele Simonian serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Santiago Communities where she is responsible for facilitating all funding from bank lines of credit to new loan funding for each community. "Because we have 40 parks with their own individual accounting system, we are essentially dealing with nearly 150 bank accounts at a time, this factor alone demands strong accounting organization and management. That's why I'm so grateful for the great team we have at Santiago Communities… they not only exceed professional expectations, they make working at SCI truly enjoyable," says Simonian.
Ms. Simonian takes pride in doing the job well and admits that she expects accuracy and efficiency. "It's important to me that if something has my name on it, it is perfect. I see that Santiago Communities can be the place responsible for providing a home to so many families, and it makes me proud," Simonian states.
As one of Santiago's founding employees, Mrs. Simonian acquired much of her knowledge through hands on training. With over 18 years of experience with Santiago, she understands the ins and outs of how transactions work, to the benefit of the investor and the homeowner.
